Building Green

What's Green Mean?

Our clients are asking more and more about "Green" building, and we couldn't be happier. Green means different things to different people: LEED Certification, sustainable construction methods, low VOC materials, efficient systems and high insulation values are just a few. But what Green building really means to us is quality building and the resultant outcomes: Higher efficiency, stronger structures, longer lifespans, and lower costs of ownership. Green building techniques should not just help save the Earth, but also save you money. Ours do.

Come by our showroom and we'll show you what makes us Green (but fair warning: we really like this stuff). See the designs we offer from Vermod, a manufacturer in Vermont dedicated to building sustainable, net-zero, modular homes. We'll show you the 10-inch, double-wall system we developed for our factory that is super-insulated and fixes thermal bridging. Or check out the advantages of geothermal heat pumps... oh, there we go again, blathering on. At least you were warned.

HEY YOU! YEAH, YOU!
What are you doing all the way down here at the bottom of the page? Oh, you're still a bit nervous if a custom-modular home is for you? You're still worried about the process, aren't you? Still worried all those great testimonials are just made up? We get it. That's why we want to extend our personal offer to come by our showroom and talk about the process, the designs, the options. No obligations, no pressure. You'll leave better informed and with a handshake (or more likely, a hug. It seems to happen all the time).
